LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION
for the first (bachelor's) level of higher education
an identity document, in case of submitting an ID card - a paper extract from the Unified State Demographic Register;
a certificate of assignment of an identification code;
a state-standard document on a previously obtained educational degree, on the basis of which admission is made, and an appendix to it;
a certificate of external independent assessment (when using the results of the 2021 external assessment) or the results of the National Multi-Subject Test (when using the results of the 2022-2024 NMT);
a medical certificate in the form of 086-o;
4 color photographs measuring 3x4 cm;
a certificate of state registration of a civil status act regarding a change in surname, first name, patronymic;
a military registration document for those liable for military service or a certificate of registration;
documents confirming the applicant's right to special conditions for participation in the competition and/or special conditions for obtaining higher education at the expense of the budget.
at the second (master's) level of higher education
an identity document, in case of submitting an ID card – a paper extract from the Unified State Demographic Register;
a certificate of assignment of an identification code;
a state-standard document on a previously obtained educational degree, on the basis of which admission is made, and an appendix to it;
an examination sheet on passing the Unified Entrance Exam (UE), Unified Professional Entrance Test (EFVV) (provided that these results are used);
4 color photos measuring 3x4 cm;
a certificate of state registration of a civil status act regarding a change in surname, first name, patronymic;
a military registration document for those liable for military service or a certificate of registration;
documents confirming the applicant’s right to special conditions for participation in the competition and/or special conditions for obtaining higher education at the expense of the budget.
certificate from the place of work (it is mandatory to indicate the position, category of civil servant/local government official, rank, total length of service in the local government civil service);
copy of the work book, certified by the human resources department (all pages).
